Any idea what this is?

This exquisite firefish is about 3 days new. Eating fine but noticed today some marks appeared on its body. They are raised almost looking like blisters. The ones on the purple skin are still purple. Fish seems ok so maybe this could just be nips from inverts or fish?

In lieu of ich, appears to be cysts which they occasionally get and often caused by poor water quality or injuries which have healed showing this

Ok my perameters have been at Cal 430, Mag 1300, Alk 7.9, Phos .02 ppm, Nitrate 23ppm, Ph 8 since its been in the tank for the short time. I didnt notice them when I added it.

Keep an eye on it for now and especially if a new acquisition for improvement and not getting additional bumps
