Hi guys just woke this morning to find my birds nest like this. Yet to do water test which I’m going to do now but all other corals and sps seem fine and this is the more hardier of sps I have. Mayb a bit of torch tentacle has landed on it or something. Any ideas ?

I have no idea what is happening, but I would frag a healthy piece just in case.

It could have been stung by a dislodged tentacle from one of your torches
I’d monitor it for a few days. If the dead spot starts to heal or doesn’t get bigger likely no problem. If it grows start to frag and anything near that site is a lose
