Anyone build a M.A.M.E Style Overflow ?

Im going to start a New nano tank. And Wasnt planning on doing a overflow or skimmer. But i saw a MAME overflow now i kinda want to build one. And have my sump/skimmer

So If you have built one or have the plans for it. Id love to hear from you.

I have seen them on the net before but i dont know if the Drain tube on the back should be level with the inside drain or an inch or tow below it....
