I've decided to build a fish room in my garage for my next tank and while I have some ideas in my head I'd like to see what other have done. If you could post some pictures, describe your lay out, how you heat/cool it and if anything, what would you have done differently.

Thanks in advance for your helpful posts!

I did this in my basement in wisconsin but I have in floor heat. I'd imagine that with proper insulation and wind block you should be able to heat a small room fairly easily. Depending on how cold it gets there. You best and cheapest bet would be a gas heater with an exhaust or power vent of some kind and cut a whole in the wall for it to exhaust through. Not the cheapest method but could be well worth it.
