Anyone else like cardinalfish?

(referring to Pajama and Kaudern's here) I have always found these fish to be interesting. How they are almost motionless in a tank is crazy to me, not to mention I like the way they look. @AlyciaMarie has never been a fan of these fish, and I don't see these fish too often in reef tanks. So I was curious to hear what everyone's experience with these fish has been. Good, bad, never had them, always wanted them?

My Pj's are a good pair. If you like watching something bob up and down with the wave maker. In my experience they aren't extremely active swimmers and hide for a good portion of the day. The big red eyes at nighttime look kind of scary though.

I was counting my fish the other day and i couldn’t figure out where the last fish was? I have total of 8 fishes. Until I realize it was the motionless cardinal fish. He is happy and fat. He was super mean in my 24gallon tank but became most timid fish when he was moved to the 48G to ease the aggression.

i love my Bengalis and had a few Cardinals previously. Like a lot of these smaller schooling fish, they last for a while but don't seem to last more than a couple of years
