Interested! I'm assuming you'd throw RODI water in to do the rinse and wash?

I would good old tap water. My TDS is about 20. I wash everything except testing vials with tap water. Just let it air dry and good to go. I even use tap water for rinsing out my carbon. Testing vials on the other hand, only DT water and RODI for storage.

Maybe you're overthinking it? I might be stupid - but I merely - take a power attachment to my laundry tub and rinse them out - no bleaching, no rinsing, no anything - and I've never had a problem.

No tub. No washing machine. I don't like rinsing them out in my sink. I cheap washing machine seems like a good idea to me. 47 below zero in the winter so outside hose is also off the table.
