Anyone in here Into fishing?

I got a new rod and reel and am excited to use it on Tuesday

Oh yeah, Lm bass, pike, crappies, blues, snappers, flounders.
Where you fishing? River? Lake? Stream? Ocean? Bay?

I’m about walleye and trout, it’s my second season fishing.

for trout my main rod is a Fenwick HMG with a Shimano Sedona reel

for everything else my main rod is a St. Croix rod with a shimano SLX reel

Edit: I really wanna try a Daiwa they look awesome

Oh and I lake fish but soon to add stream/river. I don’t have a boat so it’s all shorefishing for me

Love fishing and been doing it as long as I can remember. Sadly I only get out a couple of times a year after moving from a rural area to Stockholm.
I’ve mostly targeted pike, perch and sander...jerk bait being my preferred method.

Last few years me and a couple of buddies have been visiting Denmark for some sturgeon fishing.

Exactly one year ago me and a friend went on a 8 day fishing trip to Thailand, targeting arapaima, Mekong catfish, Siamese carp, goonch etc...it was a great time, I highly recommended it if any
If you ever get the chance :)

I love fishing. But I think it has been a year since I last went fishing. Used to go fishing all the time when I was younger. But the family has been too busy in recent years to go as much as we want. And obviously with things going on now, we haven't been out much at all recently. And I am starting to have some serious fishing withdrawal. Might just start trying to catch my goldfish in my container pond outside....

A friend recognized us on the beach one night many years ago and snapped this pic

I have look for my kayak pics.

also, a friend gave me a fly rod, so I plan on learning fly fishing this year (on the freshwater)

Absolutely

Surf fish the treasure coast beaches, piers on Indian river lagoon, and off shore!

Awesome? Hell yes...Tried Thai fisheries a couple of times before during family holidays but doing it for eight days straight was something else.

Doing well with the currency conversion...heck no! We don’t use the euro as our currency but rather the Swedish krona and that thing has been in freefall for some time o_O

A decent sturgeon I caught last summer. I don’t think there will be any of that this summer since the boarder to Denmark is closed.
