Anyone got info on carrier snails?

Hey everyone so i saw a “decorator snail” at my lfs and went home to do research on it just to find out it’s actaully a carrier snail.anyways after research for about a week I went back and got the snail during my research I’ve realized there little to no documentation of these guys in the reef tank. Unfortunately my tank crashed and I lost him but I’m getting a new one soon and was hoping to here if anyone else has had one of these guys!

Never had one either, but, just to check, you're talking about Xenophora spp., correct?

Anyone got info on carrier snails?
