+1.Raw Bones are a part of the raw diet and don't cause issues. Necks are real good. ;)
I have seen a huge increase in breeder awareness to breed healthy boxers. That was a huge consideration for us when we got Lewis. It is much more common to find breeders that are trying to breed out heart issues and perform regular health checks on their breed stock. Tabasco had mast cell tumors, but right now is cancer free, and 9 yrs old. Other than that he is super healthy. He's still joining us for 8-10 mile hikes on weekends and chasing the puppy around. People are always surprised when i tell them how old he is. My girlfriends boxer is 10 and while grey in the face looks great for ten. Hopefully that trend will keep going. It sucks cuz the puppies from the people testing are more $, but it's important.
From when I was looking average for a puppy from health tested parents was about $1k. You could find the for a couple c notes less if you were patient. The economy is pretty good for dog buyin. ;)
