Anyone have a smart watch?

Does anyone have a smart watch (not an Apple Watch) that works good and is compatible with the iPhone? I'm looking on Amazon and see some that look exactly like apple watches and go for $40 and wonder if these truly work or are scams. If you have any type of smart watch, please let me know some info on it and perhaps a link to it! Thnx :)
