We've gotten a couple of these interesting fish in recently.
Really cool, but very little information available on them.
Anyone kept one?
Temperment?
Coral/invert safe?

Thought it would be fun to gather info here.

Don't know anything about them. Pretty cool looking though. My biggest concern might be if it is venomous.

I had one, when I added it my grouper swallowed a few inches of it. I got the grouper to spit it out but it ended up dying. I then bought another and used an acclimation box and it is doing well. I have had it for a little less then 2 years. It doesn't bury, he will hang out under a rock. He is good with coral, snails and a couple of cleaner shrimp.

 

Freshwater filter only or is it? Have you ever used an HOB filter on a saltwater tank?
