Anyone have issues with GulfLiveRock?

Just wondering if anyone else has had problems with GulfLiveRock? Their rocks look amazing and was excited to order from them. Emailed them a few weeks ago to be sure they were still shipping and immediately received an affirmative. Placed order the same day and haven't heard a peep since. Tried to contact multiple times and no return emails. Is this normal? I fully understand that nothing is "normal" right now but the lack of correspondence has me concerned.

I have always used them with no problem imo if u having problem it might be some else.

Unfortunately I didn't take any pics but it looked exactly as advertised on site. I was so happy with the first order I ordered another 10 lbs. It ended up being delayed in shipment for a couple days and still arrived in great shape. Highly recommend if you're considering an order.
