I ordered a clam on Saturday, 3/1/25 from Clammania and per the instructions on the site it requested for me to pick a day (Monday- Thursday) to ship the order so I chose Monday (3/30/25). It said on the site I could track my order via the SHOP app. I logged into the SHOP app on Monday and I swear I saw it flash real quickly that my order was out for delivery and that it had been delivered which was odd and then it disappeared? I have tried to call Clammania probably 20 times and it says their VM is full. I have emailed them multiple times, I have tried leaving a message on FB messenger for them and no response for 3 days to any of the avenues I have tried to reach them??? Is this normal for them? I have never ordered from them before and don't know what to expect but this seems like terrible customer service! It is still cold here on the east coast so I wanted to verify that the clam had not been shipped so it doesn't die if the delivery company leaves it at the neighbors or leaves in the truck overnight if they don't feel like coming down my driveway. Unfortunately, I can't find out the status of my order at all? Any ideas?

All, John from Clam Mania contacted me back via phone and he was very apologetic! He had been at a conference in Denver for a few days and just flew back. He seemed like a really a great guy and is sending my order out today and was extremely accommodating and like I said, very apologetic! I reported my original post above to the admins trying to get the original post deleted because I don't want to throw any shade on John or his business now that I know what was going on. Hopefully they will delete the thread quickly! I have seen John in many videos and he always seems very professional and his clams are top notch so that is why I couldn't understand what was going on! Still not sure what the glitch was with the Shop app but that has nothing to do with Clam Mania. The good news is since John was at the conference the clam was never actually shipped.

Wait, what? There's a vendor called Clam Mania. There goes my bank account.
