anyone interested in a xr15?

well as i started to sell off my live stock and start to break down the tank my xr15pro gen 3 decided it didnt want to work. the light will flash on and off. i read it could be a fan issue or ballast. since i dont want to waste my time since the tank is getting broken down seeing if anyone here wanted it. dont know what itd be worth but ill post an asking price of $100shipped anywhere, bought a new power supply for it from ecotech so itll come with it and ill include the rms mount as well. manufacture date is august 11th 2014.
