Anyone know if there is something wrong with this stag?

Just got it a few days ago in a live sale and it's actually grown a little and the polyps are all out, but there has been white on those two polyps with something red sticking out of it.

Maybe it's a little worm? Other than that it looks pretty good to me

Id personally remove whatever is sticking out of it. It seems to be irritating the flesh surrounding it.
