Looks like sponge or root structures from Caulerpa, my first guess is just a weird sponge growth probably related to flow or relocation of that piece of rock from a shadier more cryptic environment.
 
Two up front are Digitata, the one behind is an Acropora but needs to grow out and color up before I can make an ID. A wild guess would be a Acropora Valida, wild guess.

Post#11 an Acropora that needs to grow out and color up. It might be Acorpora Valida
