Good morning Reefers!!! This morning when I looked at my DT I noticed 1 rock flower with this floating in the water is this normal it looks like a tongue lol. Anyone input would be Great! Have a Great Day everyone!

Well it came off and was floating around scooped it out looks like poop

Its too dark to see, but I expect its expelling some waste.
