Setting up a new 20gal nano and wondering if I will be able to get away with just using magic clean erasers for glass cleaning since it's a small tank.

Otherwise I've read getting a scraper rod off amazon with razor blades works well for tougher algae build up and also won't scratch?

I use one on mine all of the time. Just make sure to get the one without any cleaning agents. I get the ones labeled original.
Thanks will do. Do you also find you need to use any sort of scraper as well?

Want a real bargain, buy them as Melamine Sponges. I use a magnetic scraper just because I prefer to keep my hands out of the tank.

I have both long gloves and a long handle scraper for sponge use the gloves go on and off for the long handle scraper. Sometimes I use a credit card and gloves because I get better results with extra pressure on the panes using gloves and a credit card. The longer I go between scraping the more pressure I have to use, in general.

Gloves also used to keep my dirty hands out of the tank when I’m working in it.
