Anyone order anything from Polyplabs recently and their order still hasn't shipped?

I ordered some Genesis stone almost 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped and have been stuck on "Order Confirmed" since ordering. I tried contacting their CS multiple times but no luck getting anyone.

Anyone else here having issues?

I haven't personally, however they may be closed due to the holiday season. If it isn't shipped by then end of this week then ensure contact is made,
