Have not seen that alert but 109 volts is well below normal which would be closer to 120

Yes. I know. I don’t know why it is at 109.

That voltage is pretty low. Do you live in a remote area? Do you have a smart meter on your electrical panel that shows AC voltage? It should be at 220v minimum on the meter. Your apex should show 110-120vac.

That voltage is pretty low. Do you live in a remote area? Do you have a smart meter on your electrical panel that shows AC voltage? It should be at 220v minimum on the meter. Your apex should show 110-120vac.
Normally it shows about 116-119. It is raining if that has anything to do with it.

Those numbers are fine. Something is dragging down the voltage on the circuit or potentially the house. Typically it’s a grid power issue.

Per previous threads I've seen on this topic, yellow triangle next to voltage means incoming is getting low (under 112), red circle means voltage is low and persisting (don't know the specific number.) Neptune says it's informational, nothing you can do in the system to alter it, and usually due to power grid stress as already mentioned.

Even without unusual stress like hot summer days, in heavily populated areas there's generally a diurnal variation in incoming voltage, with highest voltage at night when far fewer people are using power. Here's my incoming voltage trace from the last week, which is entirely typical around here.

I have this alarm pretty much constantly and found it to be due to my Apex being miscalibrated. I purchased two separate voltage meters and plugged them to the same outlet as my apex, both of which read about 3-5v higher.

Hmm. Check your firmware version.

However, I don't see how firmware could impact calibration. After posting on the Neptune forum I was told by reliable sources there that calibration was likely the problem. After checking, sure enough...
