Anyone turn on refugium light in the morning instead of at night?

I know most people would turn on the refugium light at night for helping to improve pH level but does anyone turn it on in the morning with your main tank lightning and turn it off at night?

I just do not like the red glow at night that can disturb my dog and the neighbor may think that I am growing weed indoor LOL.

Mine is on the same schedule as the display. I don't have night time swings in pH though. If I ever notice that I do, that will change. Try it and see what happens.

I will set up my controller with pH probe and check the pH for the trend at night and at daytime with the refugium light on during the day.

Well I can confirm I see ph more stable with a reverse lightning schedule.

I have mine come on at night time, this cycle has improved my PH levels at night time.
