Mine seems like it is barely moving water @ 100%. Does this thing suck or is mine defective?

Check you Mode (M1 ~M5) I would put in M3 (constant), and select the higher flow rate (up arrow) to one your tank likes....and then play with teh different the different modes.

and make sure it not on feeding mode. (if it is, it will reset after 10 minutes to normal)
