Curious if anyone has a convenient way to use a raspberry pi to display fusion in a touchscreen that’s always on. Tired of my phone and wet hands.

As long as the pi is running a compatible web browser, it would be able to display Fusion on an attached touchscreen. Chromium is probably your best bet for compatibility since it's so similar to Google Chrome which is fully compatible with the Fusion website.

Why not just use an android tablet? I use a fire tablet, which isn't ideal because you have to go through a few steps to side load the play store, and it only shows two columns, but I got it on prime day for incredibly cheap.
As far as I know every Android device has the option in developer options to keep the device's screen always on as long as the device is charging.

Here is mine attached to my stand, where I honestly never even look at it, mostly because it is low enough that it's inconvenient to use. I really need to move it somewhere else.
