nope happening on both the browser on my PC and the phone app...Is it on all devises or just one? I've had luck with turning the device on and off. Not the Apex, but the device you're using to read it. Also, did it happen after a recent update to your phone or pad? If so, that may be the issue.

Outstanding and good to know. Thanks for sharing the fix.Yep contacted Neptune and they accessed my fusion account. They determined that the micro SD card in the controller failed and I needed to get a new one. Issue is that the largest it will accept is 16GB which you can't get easily anymore in a store so had to order it. If that fixes it when I swap it out I will update!
