A lot of scammers these days it seems. This guy with Scam in his user name though is trolling.

Another thing to look at is current posts. Last post for that account was 2018. Hopefully, you used Paypal or something to protect you.
 
I messaged about this too, guy said he couldn’t use his PayPal and wanted the money sent via Zelle or Venmo. There’s a reason why there’s a PayPal requirement here folks.
 
I've haven't used Hotmail recently. I guess the goods and services acts as an escrow? I know they offer protection when buying from an actual business, but will they actually cover scams?
