Apex admin login help

Just purchased a used Apex EL went to setup and made it to the end when it ask for admin login, tried 1234 and admin/1234 still with no luck , after a few times trying this it goes back to linking to fusion and says prepping dashboard that's all its been doing any ideas? Thanks for any help on this

Put a pin in it and factory reset the sucker (can't remember how long you need to hold it).

Did put a pin in to do a factory reset, but soon as it goes to the part that say's choose your wifi network a box pops up that says lost connection to Apex , I hit reconnect and thats about it and as many of times I've already done that if I luckily get past that section at the end it ask for admin password i have tried 1234 and admin/1234 with no luck as of yet
