Apex atk pmup...HELP

Hello. Looked at many threads and different sites. Can someone provide a screenshot of the programming of the pmup when they run the atk task. I had a pmup burn out and prior to that it was always turning off ( due to the 5min rule in the programming) mine is set to always and in the on position is this correct. Any help would b nice.

Mines tweaked a little bit but this will get you started -
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If ATO_HI CLOSED Then OFF
If ATO_LO OPEN Then ON
When On > 003:00 Then OFF
Defer 000:10 Then ON
Defer 000:04 Then OFF
Min Time 015:00 Then OFF
