APEX ATO Outlet Randomly turns off. Please check my programming

I'm unsure why the ATO Outlet randomly switches to the OFF position on the Apex Dashboard.

Can you guys double check my programming.

When On > 010:00 Then OFF

This is a safety "kill" command. If the ATO runs for more than 10 minutes it turns the program from "AUTO" to "OFF".

You can try slowly increasing it, yes. If you're trying to initially get the tank topped up just manually set it to ON until it trips one or both sensors.
