Hi everyone,

I keep my Apex calendar fairly detailed, enough so that it is perfect for leaving instructions on what date/time for someone to help take care of the tank while I'm away. Is there anwyay that I can print it out? With the "Notes"? Thanks!

Hi everyone,

If I right click on mine it gives me the option to print it. Does it not do that for you?

It does, but....not without the "notes" or the instructions I have in the text box.

In the calendar interface I can hover over the calendar item and the notes will show. Also, I can go into the Events interface and there is a list of all upcoming events with notes, but it does not show all dates correctly, so I can't print it out to use as instructions on what day.

Any ideas??? Otherwise I'll just copy/paste ;(

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a direct way to do it, but you can try taking a screenshot and then print that out. Alternatively, you can manually jot down the important dates on this cool October calendar online.
