Apex classic flashing orange

I updated firmware had it all running the other day. Unplugged to set up the aquarium, mounted and plugged in today and it's flashing orange. I tried changing which aquabus port it was plugged into, tried different Ethernet cords, reset the modem, unplugged all the stuff except the Ethernet cord, gave it it's own plug, tried a different plug. Suggestions? The powerbar isn't even acting like a powerbar. I keep reading there's a reset button but have no idea where it is, if someone can show me a picture that would be really appreciated.

Yes I have been trying to navigate that site. I did find directions that got the unit working again but now it's not connecting to the internet or fusion. I have a ticket open with them so hopefully they'll be able to fix it for me.

Ok! After a lot of time, frustration and almost tears I got it to work. I found and followed these instructions, modified for current windows and was able to get the unit updated and running again. I'm posting so if anyone else has the same issues they will hopefully find this and fix it faster than I did. Once the system was updated I had to restart it to get it to connect to fusion, then in fusion I had to tell it to update the software for the eb8. Then I was able to program everything. The good news is, it's all programmed and running!
