Apex code for dosing nopox

I want to question my code for dosing nopox. I am currently manually dosing 1 ml in morning and then again at night. I am using a Drews doser and want to keep it close to tge same.

Will this give me approx same dose. I know drews is closwe to 1.6 ml min but i'm fine with a little over. My concern is after the 718 min it won't dose second round without extending tome.

So your goal is dosing 2 times; 1 is done in the morning and 1 is done in the evening. A quick look at the code you have you are doing 3*1.6ml=4.8ml in the morning, and then another 4.8ml in the evening.
to get 1ml, you need to dose less than 1 minutes like 38 seconds if the pump is doing 1.6ml per minute/60 seconds. So dosing 38 seconds in the morning and 38 seconds at night.

The tool does not allow less than 5ml total so I mocked with it a bit. I have something like this for doing about 1ml twice per day

Ok. Thanx. I had it at 2 and 718 but during test was only getting 2ml in morning. Thats why I thought i needed to subtract from off time. I'll set this up and see if it's better.

2 means the doser will be running 2 minutes each time which is 1.6*2=3.2ml

That's where the calculator tool confused me. It asks total daily dosing volume and spit out original numbers. Thanx for clarifying for me.

The tool does not support less than total 5ml per day ... so what is your goal again? I thought you wanted to dose a total of 1ml each time and 2 times a day...

Yes. That is my goal, and then adjust as no3 raises or lowers. There must be another version online of tool that does less. Thats what I first used. I put a measuring cup under outlet tube and was only getting <2 ml per day. And only in morning. No second dose. I'd rather go over but seeing where you fractioned the dose time helps considerably. The part i'm still having a hard time getting my head around is if I want to dose twice a day (720 min) and dose for 1 minute x2, wouldn't I need to decrease "then off" time to cover 720 min plus 2 minutes to cover second dose I was missing. ? Of course I'm prolly over thinking this but i'm going by what I got in cup.

if you want 1ml each time and 2 times a day...Since your pump is 1.6ml/min, dosing 1 minute each time is 60% more than dosing 1ml each time.
I would use this

On the second note, if you insist on dosing 1 minute each time and 2 times a day 12 hours apart....there are more than 1 way to do that.
1. replace the OSC line of the above code with this
OSC 000:00/001:00/719:00 Then ON
And I think you don't even need the first If since each dosing is 12 hours apart.

2. Or you can just turn on the outlet for 1 minute at mid night and at noon

Great info. Thanks I went ahead and plugged in that first code you gave me. I'll see how it works. I do like however, going with the time code .of that I know I would tend to the times where I have been doing them before.
