Apex controlling dimming on black box

So I have had some black box led that were wired for variable ports of apex and recently got a apex so I wired them in with the cable they come on and dim automaticity but it seem that the are opposite of what it says on apex as far as intensity so when it say 100%they are off and when it says 0% it seems to be at full intensity
