Apex Disconnecting

I have a new to me Apex. Was losing my mind trying to get it to connect via wifi, so I ran a ethernet cable around my living room to the head unit. Now even when I log in on the app or on my laptop its always disconnecting. Its disconnected 122 times in the last 24h, and I basically can't upload any programming changes to it, always fails. Ive rebooted the Apex over and over, nothing seems to work. Any ideas?

What version apex? Has it ever worked properly for you?

Its brand new to me. No never worked for me. Sounds like it worked fine for the previous owner. Its an apex 2. Firmware is up to date. I mean i do get lucky and havr got it to upload changes but I might have to hit upload or try 10 times. Ive given up on the app and am using my laptop

I’m new to apex but had trouble with the used a3 jr I purchased. If you’re convinced that problem isn’t with your internet network but with possible apex firmware corruption, you may want to look into replacing secure digital card inside unit. I used to have that issue when I was connecting it to my 5Ghz wifi channel. I bought a wifi extender that is dedicated to 2.4ghz and connected my aquarium devices wifi to that including the apex. Rarely have this issue since then.

Is there a current problem with GHL ,The myGHL.com is not working just says error ,firmware wont update from 1.9 to 2.1 .Wont accept id or security just says error .driving me mad .any ideas or help
