Apex display went out

power went out one day, when it came back on my display is not working. Any ideas?

Is the back light still on or it is completely black? There are 2 ports on the main at least, you can try plugging it to a different port???

Yea I've tried the other port and plugging it back in but no luck.

Have the same thing going on right now with no luck but the last time this happened to me I unplugged the entire system and plugged it back in and it did the trick, maybe try that. Didn't work for me this time though.

Can you login through the fusion and see if any outlets are working?
If you don't have a surge protection and had a lighting storm your main unit might be out with result your display is down too.

I had the exact same thing happen to me about 6 months ago. I ended having to send the display back to Neptune and they fixed it for $35.

Yea I can still control everything through fusion , the display is just out.

Well that's a good thing, if you have a reefer buddy close by with a apex try your apex screen at his place.
Others just a call to Neptune services on Monday, the CS is awesome from Neptune.

welcome to my world of apex jr with no display! like others have said their customer service is second to none. best of luck, and good thing for fusion.
