Apex display

can I unplug my apex display and hook it up on another apex? do I need to configure it with the other apex? Reason I want to do this is because a friends display is not working and I want to see if I can plug mine up to he's apex and try to set it up for him while he orders a new one.

Won't be a problem. All your programming is stored in the apex brain and won't be affected by unplugging the display
