Check the power cable. Plugged in firmly? I’ve had mine come out.

If you push the manual buttons on front do they move the Dos heads?

Did that also. Did remove it from the apex and rebooted again. No luck
Yes you can dose manual

So there’s lights on the Dos coming on and the manual buttons won’t move the Dos heads??
Yes there is light and i can manual use the buttons and move the heads

Did you buy used or new? Only reason I ask is because the ddr(container) have been notorious for going bad. I had the same issue until I unplugged the ddr and everything was working fine

Are you using a USB connection or a 1Link cable? I've had issues with USB cables lately. Definitely try a different cable.

Update with a solution. Talked to Supportteam and was asking the same. Changed the cable and now it all works. didn't think of a failure cable with a new item.

Thanks for all you help, and a awesome supportteam at neptune
