apex EB8 failure

Is there any way to reset the apex EB8?, I'm setting up my system and when I plugged one of my 2 EB8s the status light never comes up,neither green or yellow and the controller doesn't recognize it, if I plug the bus ports gives power to modules, what do you think it's happening

The second eb8 is connected to the wall or one of the outlet on the eb8?

It looks like the second eb8 does not have power. The aquabus is not going to power up the second eb8....
