Two separate but related questions. Yesterday I started getting power failure alarms on my EB832. Programming is showing outlets are on, but the outlets have no power. The lights on the EB832 are on, the aquabus communications are working, and the trident which is plugged into 1link is still working. So, the EB832 is receiving power. Is this a common failure, anything I can do about this?

In the mean time, I’m trying to set up my spare EB8 (not 832). However, when I plug this in to the system, not all the outlets are being created in fusion. The first time I plugged it in, only 6 outlets were generated. I deleted the module and when it generated the second time, only three outlets exist. (Also, why did it steal the name of my frag tank temp probe for the amp monitor input?) How can I get this installed correctly?

This might be the internal 12V power supply has given out. Depends on the model and age of the unit.

There are repair kits out there. Harry's Aquatics does still a swap, but you need to be comfortable soldering.

Would try deleting it again but restarting the apex first via fusion first before plugging back in the eb8.
