Okay so I have the following issue. My apex will not turn on a specific outlet on demand for example if i want to turn on my sump light on it will not let me. I have noticed this issue for months now. I have restarted and rebooted it many times but the issue persist. I come home to the daylights not
being turned on, heater not turned on, etc. I have noticed that after a specific amount of wattage is used, no other outlets turn on unless I turn one outlet currently using power. Has anyone had this issue? I used to be able to turn on any outlet on demand regardless of the amount of power being used. The following image shows the amount of power being used as of this moment I have only the lights on, return pump, ato, and Dos on. I tried to turn on the refugium light but it’s not on. I don’t know what the problem could be...maybe the energy bar?

Thanks in advance

Have you called Neptune customer service? They’ve helped me out of a few binds.

I have not. Was wondering first if anyone has had this issue happen to them.
