Hello
I have a problem with my ATO's FFM modules.
everything was working normally and all of a sudden, I get an error message for an FFM module (I have 2). I don't know which one is faulty, but I notice that my Ato is no longer working,
I've tested the PMUP in another port of the EB832 and it's working, on the FFM modules the lights are green as usual, and nothing has been changed or modified for a long time on my system?
Can anybody tell me how to find and fix this problem?

i have 2 ffm module, i have swapped them, it still doesn't work,
And my water reserve is 20 ft from my aqurium, the other ATO models don't work that far away, so I'm "stuck" with this one. I'm starting to seriously doubt Neptune's products, I had 2 WAV pumps that both failed after about 1 1/2 years, I have a Pmup that didn't make it a year, and there again these problems...
thank you

Yes, you can reboot the FMM in Fusion. Are there any outstanding software updates? Where is the PMUP connected? What's the error message? Have you double-checked the programming for the ATO?

I'm not sure if you can just "swap" the FMM without also reconfiguring it. I wasn't clear on if you had two FMM modules in use or one in use plus a spare.

They both have the same programmation as 1 is closed to the tank with the sensor and the second one is a bit away with pmup + power supply

I have this setup working fine for 2 years

Update the software or make a change and hit the orange cloud icon. Without any additional details this will be really hard to troubleshoot, ie: which FMM is having issues or generating the error, what specifically isn't working, is this an issue with the 1LINK or AquaBUS cable, faulty power supply, something that's not working right in the programming, etc.

I would put a support ticket into Neptune in the interim.

oh yes, I did that before (update) , and, I did it again this morning, no change, still not working.
a ticket is already open with Neptune,
i haven't changed anything in the programming for 2 years, it can't be that. it worked at 8 and at 9 it doesn't work anymore.
it's not the power supply, I tested it on my DOS, it works.
