So I just moved my Apex to another house. Its another Verizon router, but its acting funny. I can get a "good" connection. It shows me a bad reading for the temp and PH, and I can control all outlets except 2 and 7. If I check my Apex display, it givegives me the correct PH and I can control each outlet fine. I have a feeling this is router related, but I don't know where to start. I checked the Net settings, and I get an IP of 192.168.1.2 but my router doesn't seem to "like" the Apex much??

OK, I just reset my router. When I access the router itself, my Apex isn't listed. But when I check the Apex display, I have the .2 IP address

If you have the APEX configured with a static IP address you may not see it as a client on the router. I know I do not see mine...

When you say "wireless", explain how you have this set up please. There are so many different ways that it can be a factor. Try running a cable so you are hard wired and see what happens.

Can you control the problem outlets from the display?

Are you using Fusion? If yes, try using the built in webpage. Any difference in control?

If the web page is displaying different than the APEX Display you have possible issues with the internal site or Fusion. Have you tried resetting power on ALL parts of the apex? Are you on the latest firmware?

Thanks for the reply! I have it set as dhcp. But I also tried static to the .2 IP address. It is hard wired with the same 50ft cat 6 cable I was using at my previous house.

Hook all USB up in that order and then plug the EB8 in?? I will try that when I get home. Should I reset my router again as well.

And sry for the confusion, I did say WiFi in the thread title.

Does it matter which USB ports each thing is plugged into?? Like the EB8 had 6 ports, does it matter what one I use to contact to the head unit? What about the 2 ports on the head unit itself?

I will also update my firmware when I get home as well. Just figured it would work without doing so, bcuz it was working fine with my previous Verizon router. Same model routers
