Hi all,
My Apex Fusion dashboard is not showing anything as of this morning. All my tiles and probes are gone. I can’t see my EB8 and its outlets, Tridents, DOS and so on.
I can see the under apex list my probe data and last trident data points.
However going over to dashboard I’ve got nothing. I tried to unplug and power cycle and I’m connected online. I think I’m on a fallback mode as all outlets that have been programmed with a fallback are nonfunctional on my EB8. Seems like only outlets set to ON are working on a default. The Apex base unit is solid orange as is the EB and my Tridents. But I don’t have any tiles or way to control anything. Tried to message Neptune but was hoping someone might have a solution prior to waiting on them.

Hello,
I’m not sure the steps needed to access the local file storage. Can you please tell me how you would do that?
I did talk to Neptune and they told me the SD card could be the issue and to try a new one but that it’s not guaranteed to be the solution but a rather a first step. So I’ll have to give that a go and see if it lets be boot up as and reinstall the Apex base.

If your haven’t renamed your unit just type apex.local in your browser, I renamed mine but the .local still work. That will connect directly to your unit with live data. But if the issue on the fusion side I’d suggest logging in at apexfusion.com or both just to see if you see your dash board
