Apex fusion time and temp

On fusion there are 2 clocks one is military time and is correct with the display. But there is another next to it and it's like 6 hours off. Anyway to fix that? Also the graph for temp is also behind.

edit the time zone for your location.
-5 is what I entered GMT as it correlates to east coast.
