Apex help please

Is that a way to get an alarm txt or email, when power goes out? Right now my apex only tells me when the power goes back on.
I work everyday 10 hours a day. If the power goes out in the morning For more than 2 hours I might loose a lot if not everything.
An alarm as soon as the power go out would be perfect. Not sure if Apex has this option.

there's a new program out that I believe does just that. It was on you tube. Let me go back and see if I can remember the name or maybe someone else will chime in. I did activate it on mine. I think it's called the heartbeat or something like that. It should already be updated in your apex you just have to turn it on.

Isn't the heartbeat only for the new apex! I have the old model. The classic

When I go on apexfusion.com on my computer, it doesnt even open. It only shows the neptunesystems website

First, your network gear needs to be on a UPS in order for the Apex to send communications outbound. I have the classic also. What I did was, get the power adapter, plug it into non UPS power, plug the energy 8 bar into UPS power, then enable the power monitor setting, under Misc Setup. Add a line to to the outlet EmailAlm with this line, If Power Apex Off 001 Then On.
