Does this make sense it's for my ato

Fallback ON
Set ON
Defer 009:00 Then ON
If Fmm2 CLOSED Then OFF
If HiSmp1 CLOSED Then OFF
If Leak3 CLOSED Then OFF
If Output Return_1_3 = OFF Then OFF
