Can someone tell me the code that I need to write if I want my ATO off when return pump is off. Thanks in advance.

If Outlet [name of the outlet] = OFF Then OFF

If outlet *your return outlet name here* = OFF then OFF

Then if you want to delay it coming back on after your return you will write this in the last line

Defer 030:00 then on

That line tells the apex to wait 30 minutes after the return has been on to then to turn on the ato. You can adjust the time to your needs, it just needs to be in minutes.

Not everyone turns off the return pumps when in feeding mode ;-)

Excellent point, but that's the beauty of having 4 feed modes.:)
