Apex isn’t turning on lights but switch says it’s on

I have my t5’s set up with my apex and recently one of the plug ins has been turning on but the lights aren’t. If I unplug it and plug it back in it works just fine and if I go on the apex app and turn it to on instead of auto it also works fine. If I turn it to off and back to auto it will turn on just fine again. I’m at a loss because this has only started happening recently

Sounds like maybe a ballast issue or loose bulb connections.

Id try plugging another light into that outlet like a basic lamp or something laying around and see if you can get it to auto turn on. If it turns on something with your aquarium lights is loose. If it doesn't its likely an apex issue.
