Reef Octopus Octopulse 4+ turning off

I have the newer reef octopus Octopulse 4+ where 2 pumps can be controlled from one controller/ power supply. I setup the app and it works well enough. The only problem I consistently have is I’ll wake up and the pumps are turned off. So I have to open the app and turn them on. I don’t have them turn off in the schedule either. It’s frustrating as I’m worried when I’m away traveling that flow is stopped for too long. Anyone else with the Octopulse plus run in to this?

They couldn't identify a specific cause and sent me a replacement unit.
