Apex issues after power loss

My power went out for a few minutes this evening, and after it came back on my apex was dead in the water. Some of the outlets on the EB8s that were on when the power went out are still working, but the display is completely black...no power. I sent an email to neptune, but probably wont hear back till sometime tomorrow. I've had this unit for about 6 months and i've had plenty of power outages in that time, but never any issues before. Any thoughts or ideas?

That happened to me once. Try updating the firmware and the webpages.

i've never been able to get it to work with my imac.

I just had the same happen to mine and it is also about 6 mo old, it happened after a surge and now my eb8 plugs dont work.

How is there customer service? how long did you have yours? and why did you send it back?

Curt from neptune just got back to me, so i'll update this thread as we work through the issues in case anyone else runs into this problem.

I'm going to have to send the control module in for repair. Curt from neptune seems to think something broke in it. The power outage last night was a planned maintenance event as it turns out, so i would think a power surge issue was unlikely.
