Apex jr and chiller

the display went out on my jbj chiller and I was wondering if I bought the apex jr can I control the chiller without the display working?

not sure how chillers normally work but i control my heater from my apex. You could probably set it up to just kick on the chiller when the tank hits a certain high temp threshold and then turn off once it gets down to a 'normal' temp.

Not an apex jr user, but I am fairly sure you should be able to use it from anything like apex to a much cheaper inkbird temperature controller

Are you sure just the display is out and everything else on the JBJ chiller is working? it yes then you can use any temp control device to turn /off the chiller compressor...

Yes I'm 100% sure. Great that's what I wanted to hear. Thanks everyone
